Trunk or Treat at Christ's Church of Yukon – October 24, 2025

Join us for a free Trunk or Treat event in Yukon, OK on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM! Christ's Church of Yukon invites families of all ages to enjoy a night of decorated trunks, candy, music, games, and fall fun in a safe, welcoming environment. This well-lit, community-focused celebration is open to everyone — costumes encouraged!

What to Expect

🚗 Easy Parking: Our lot will be clearly marked, with volunteers on hand to guide traffic and assist.

We are collaborating with For Heaven Sake School who will be hosting an indoor  Fall Festival during the same time. They will be serving food and fun as a fundraiser for the school 

Host a Trunk

We're inviting fun, festive volunteers to decorate a trunk and hand out candy to help make this night even sweeter!

Setup: Arrive between 4:45 and 5:30 PM.
We provide: Extra candy refills throughout the night.
Bring: Battery‑powered lights, simple décor, and an optional easy game/activity.
Please avoid: Scary/gory décor and trip hazards.

Volunteer

There's a role for everyone - greeters, traffic guides, candy runners, and clean‑up crew. Great for families, small groups, and students needing service hours.

Donate Candy

Help us bless Yukon families by donating individually wrapped candy.
Drop‑off: Sundays and weekday office hours—look for the Candy bin in the lobby.
Allergy‑aware options: Peanut‑free, dye‑free, and non‑food treats (stickers, pencils) welcomed for our Teal Pumpkin friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this event free?
Yes! Trunk or Treat is free for the community. Candy donations are appreciated.

What should my kids wear?
Family‑friendly costumes are encouraged. Please avoid scary, gory, or revealing costumes.

Where do I park?
Follow event signage to the guest parking near the South Building. Volunteers will direct traffic. Accessible spots are reserved close to the entrance.

What time should we arrive?
Lines open at 6:00 PM. Come a little early to avoid the initial rush. 

Is there food?
Food will be sold by For Heaven Sake School in the gym as part of a fundraiser for the school. Some trunks may offer non‑food treats. 

Can I bring a trunk without signing up?
Please sign up so we can plan space and candy. Same‑day arrivals may be turned away if we're at capacity.

What if it rains?
Light rain: the event proceeds. Severe weather: we will cancel.  Announce an updated plan by 2:00 PM on event day at ccyok.com and on our social media.

By attending, you consent to general event photos for ministry use. Prefer not to be photographed? Let a volunteer know, we'll provide a discreet sticker.
